George Tibedo is a professional structural/marine/geotechnical engineer with 26 years of cumulative design engineering and construction management experience. His experience profile includes marine and coastal projects, waterfront structures (recreational marine facilities and port/marine structures), as well as commercial office and retail buildings, condominium structures and structure rehabilitation.

Representative projects include waterfront modifications, recreational and industrial marinas, bulkheads, piers and wharfs, container yards, fendering systems, retaining wall structures, seaport cruise terminals, office facilities, parking garages, dredging and beach nourishment projects, Greenfield site development and EPA Superfund sites.

Kevin Tucker


Mr. Tucker is a licensed landscape architect as well as a facility planner with 39 years of experience with a diverse range of project types specializing in government and institutional sector projects.  Mr. Tucker has designed or prepared Design-Bid-Build projects, Design-Build projects, Project validation Assessments, and Request for Proposal packages for a large variety of facilities including RV parks, cottages, golf courses, golf course maintenance facilities, facility planning, and youth centers.  Whether providing design services for design-bid-build projects, project validation assessments, preparing requests for proposals, or participating as an owner's representative, Mr. Tucker has worked on more than 120 military projects alone, with a large array of institutional projects also to his benefit.

Non-military work includes campus planning for seven universities, 36 planned communities, 42 parks and recreation facilities, and participation as the site designer on numerous commercial and industrial projects.  Mr. Tucker has also provided site/civil design for 42 hospitals developed by Hospital Corporation of America.

Jason Nail is a professional Designer with 14 years of cumulative autocad design and marina design experience.  Representative projects include marina modifications (both recreational and industrial), bulkheads, piers and wharfs, fendering systems, retaining wall structures and dredging projects.  Jason's design abilities include detailed marina conceptual designs and layouts, permit drawing submittal packages, construction drawings, advanced autocad techniques, 3-D modeling and R & D.
